Everybody wants to have abdominal muscles and a nice flat belly. Crunches alone will not give you the flat belly but a low fat diet will. You can do ab exercises all day long and you will strenghten your core but if you have a poor diet, the muscles will not show with the layer of fat from bad food choices. Here are some exercises to strengthen the core and build abdominal muscles.
Start in push-up position, roll the ball from side to side – do 3 reps of 15.
